Importantly, we do not store client files, folders, or documents on our own systems—they are kept on your drives or infrastructure, in line with your security policies. Additionally, we follow strict internal security protocols:
Passwords are never saved in documents or drives and are not shared via email or any communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, etc.).
Our multi-factor authentication (MFA) uses YubiKeys rather than SMS-based 2FA, offering enhanced security and reducing vulnerability to hacking.

We operate with a 60-day notice period to protect both parties. This allows us to ensure a smooth transition if you decide to cancel, and it also provides you with sufficient time to find a suitable replacement if needed. Similarly, if we need to end services, the 60 days ensure that you aren’t left without financial support during a critical time.
